    Mauricio has over 15 years of experience in training world-class athletes, elite sportsmen, and personal fitness training. He is recognized as one of the top ranking foreign trainers in China. Mauricio focuses on strength & conditioning training for elite professional athletes.

    Cancellation Policy

     

    To be able to guarantee the proper scheduling and that all class quality standards are maintained, we will start enforcing a 12-hour cancellation policy.
    You may notify us with at least 12-hours in advance prior to the class, however If you miss the 12-hour notification cut-off, we assume you are taking the session and it will be deducted. For full year memberships after 3 cancellations out of the cut-off we will suspend the reservation privileges.

This sport, as a fitness activity, allows you to hone in on your strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Boxing is more than just punches, it is the balance between mental and physical health. It improves the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups in the body. Boxing also helps develop joints and your overall skeletal system. Come join us for this class that combines muscle-building strength training moves and calorie-torching bouts of cardio.

    CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied and facilitates a general preparedness of any type of interest our clients have. Whether you are looking for a break from the same old routine at the gym, training for an upcoming endurance event, seeking to improve your overall health and well being, or just wanting to challenge yourself and see what you are capable of, we can help. To start working out with us, Foundations is a prerequisite to joining group classes. We want to familiarize you with basic movements to ensure sound technique. If you have experience with CrossFit and have been a member at another affiliate, please contact us about membership.
